All cancellations must be received in writing. There
will be a charge of $50 per person for cancellations received after
November 23, 2009. No refunds for cancellations received after December
11, 2009. Interest charges of one and one half percent per month will be
added to delinquent accounts, together with any attorney’s fees
and cost of collection if necessary.
Special hotel rates: Registrants should make hotel
arrangements for the Conference as early as possible by completing the
form and faxing to the hotel. Changes or cancellations made within 21
days of arrival will result in full payment for each night
cancelled.
Registrations must be received before the dates noted to
receive special rate. Any registration received after December 11, 2009
will be considered On-Site and charged the onsite fee.
