SC&RA will conduct the 2009 January Board &
Committee Meetings at the Zermatt Resort & Conference Center in
Midway, Utah beginning Sunday, January 4, 2009.
This meeting is one of the most important events of the
year for the governing bodies as every committee has an occasion to meet
and discuss upcoming issues. Plan now to attend and voice your
opinion on issues such as tower crane safety, C-DAC, permit uniformity
across the US, tandem weight allowances in Iowa and Tennessee, and a
health insurance program for members.
Note: Due to the New Year's holiday, the meetings
begin Sunday, January 4, 2009 and end Wednesday, January 7, 2009 with
the SC&RA Board of Directors Meeting.

Registrations must be received before the dates noted to
receive special rate. Any registration received after December 12,
2008 will be considered On-Site and charged the onsite fee.
All cancellations must be received in writing
There will be a charge of $50 per person for
cancellations received after December 12, 2008. Interest charges
of one and a half percent per month will be added to delinquent
accounts, together with any attorney's fees and cost of collection if
necessary.

First night's deposit, 12.55% tax and $15 resort fee are
required to confirm reservations.
SC&RA Hotel Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations made within 21 days of arrival
will result in full payment for each night cancelled.

Air Travel
Zermatt Resort & Conference Center is conveniently
located in Midway, Utah just 20 minutes from world-famous Park City and
45 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC).
Shuttle Services
The airport is served by several shuttle services. For a

All Resorts Express is offering SC&RA
members discounted rates on ground transportation services during the
meeting.
