Even in the wake of COVID-19 closures and travel restrictions - the SC&RF is 100% committed to full funding of the Workforce Development programs. Your generous donation to the SC&RF (Specialized Carriers & Rigging Foundation) is at work to impact workforce development through education and financial assistance for individuals currently in the industry or looking to build a career in the industry. The SC&RF partnerships with training facilities and NCCCO expand their ability to provide training with hundreds of Free training courses available to the public as well as SC&RA employees and their children. Additionally, the SC&RF underwrites industry specific research that provides advocacy support to SC&RA or improves member safety.
Since 1986, the SC&RF has awarded member company employees, their children and grandchildren, over $500,000 in scholarships and has contributed over $315,000 towards industry research. Donations to the SC&RF are tax deductible and recognized publicly throughout the year.
