Today’s Federal Register Includes OSHA’s Final Rule to Extend Crane Operator Certification

- The Federal Register today features OSHA’s final rule to extend crane operator certification by one year, until Nov. 10, 2018. This fall, SC&RA wrote a letter to OSHA in support of this deadline extension. The Association believes the delay is necessary to ensure OSHA develops clear, concise language for industry compliance.
