Click here to view the 2012 Sponsorship Opportunities list. Sponsorships shown in bold have already committed to that event for 2012. Other sponsorships in the 2012 program year are shown in italics by event as sponsored in 2011. Companies that sponsored events in 2011 have the right of first refusal for the same events next year until October 21, 2011. Previous sponsors (2011) are requested to indicate their intentions as soon as possible by directing email to Joel Dandrea.

For years, companies that sponsor SC&RA’s major meetings have helped the Association uphold its reputation for offering first-class events. In return, SC&RA always has gone to great lengths to recognize its sponsors and encourage attendees to consider them when making buying decisions. To provide companies with an even greater return on their contributions, SC&RA will again provide complimentary Annual Conference registrations based upon the sponsors’ annual level of sponsorship contribution:

  • Diamond ($20,100+) – 4 comp registrations
  • Platinum ($10,100-$20,000) – 3 comp registrations
  • Gold ($5,100-$10,000) – 2 comp registrations
  • Silver ($1,000-$5,000) – 1 comp registration

Companies receive credit for sponsorships at any SC&RA meeting, but the comp registrations will be valid only for the SC&RA Annual Conference. Comp registrations may be used for individuals within the companies earning them, or they may be passed along to customers, clients or designated guests. Additionally, comps must be used in the year they accrue.
