SHIPPING INFORMATION

SC&RA guarantees shipment of products within 1-2 business days. Most items will be shipped from our main office the same day an order is received (Monday-Friday prior to 3:00pm). Orders received after 3:00pm, or those received over the weekend or on a national holiday will be shipped the following business day.  All orders are shipped via UPS within the United States. International orders are charged actual shipping costs and may be sent UPS, FedEx or regular mail.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the total price of the product(s).

$0-$25.00 Shipping and Handling Fee = $9.95

$25.01-$75.00 Shipping and Handling Fee = $12.95

$75.01+ Shipping and Handling Fee = $15.95

Back-Ordered Product

If an item is on back order, we will ship any part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship the back ordered product. There will not be any additional shipping or handling charges for the shipment of back ordered product.

International Shipping

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges and fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. International shipments run the risk of being held in customs. Merchandise will not be replaced or reshipped in place of items being held in customs or items that have cleared customs. All international orders are charged the actual shipping costs.
