The SC&RA State & Province Permit Online Manual continues to be the industry’s most cost-effective reference tool for understanding the requirements for oversize/overweight (OS/OW) transport. The manual provides users with access to procedures and contacts, restricted travel, escort/pilot car requirements, fees and allowable weights and dimensions. New this year are updates from state and province permit offices, such as temporary office closings, pre-planned computer maintenance and spring thaw restrictions.
