2020 Advocacy Victory

CONEXPO-CON/AGG PARTICIPATION & EDUCATION

CONEXPO-CON/AGG, North America’s largest construction trade show representing asphalt, aggregates, concrete, earthmoving, lifting, mining, and utilities was held March 10-14, 2020, but was cut short one day due to COVID-19 concerns. The show featured 2,800 exhibitors and 150 education sessions. SC&RA, along with its partners, featured 15 educational crane and rigging sessions at the event. In addition, SC&RA introduced two new programs: The Property and Casualty Insurance Program and SC&RA’s Retirement Solution (401k) Affinity Program. The Association also showcased its new website and online learning opportunities such as the Bridge Hit & Accident Prevention Course. SC&RA recognized over 100 exhibitors with member signage which reflected their active member status, as well as longevity within the Association.
