SC&RA Provides Clarity with Manual/Bull Rigging Competency Guidebook

To create a greater understanding of the skillset necessary for manual/bull rigging, SC&RA introduced its Manual/Bull Rigging Competency Guidebook, available for free download to SC&RA members. The purpose of the guidebook was to provide guidelines for the categorization of bull-rigging activities according to risk and complexity with associated recommended competency levels for personnel conducting those activities. The Guidebook is universal in nature. It is not just for U.S. operations; it can be used throughout the world, because it helps the end-user assess the risks.
