Virtual Reality Exhibit Center
Our VR Exhibit Center features the look and feel of the Exhibit Centers you have come to expect at the Crane & Rigging Workshop. Whether you choose the VR option with glasses or opt to use your computer, you’ll be able to visit booths and interact live with booth representatives and attendees for a fun, immersive experience. Exhibitors will be able to customize their virtual booths with their logos, artwork and upload brochures and videos using one of four virtual booth layouts available. As attendees virtually walk through the Exhibit Hall, you will be able to talk to them as you would at a typical Crane & Rigging Workshop. They'll be able to view videos and brochures and add them to their virtual "Swag bag" as information to keep. This is a fun, immersive experience and an opportunity to promote your brand in a new way.

Exhibit Center Fees
The VR Exhibit Center will be open on September 16th - 17th
Although the exhibit center will be open the entire time, company representatives will be in the booths from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm to interact with and answer questions.
- Member VR Booth: $700.00
- Non-Member VR Booth: $1,500.00
Booth fees include one complimentary registration (VR glasses provided by SC&RA) valued at $359.00. VR glasses are not available for non-U.S. based booth registrants due to COVID-19’s impact on shipping. VR glasses are not necessary for booth activities. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. No refunds for cancellations received after August 17th, 2020.
Please Note: If you registered at the SC&RA Member rate, your membership must remain in good standing through the duration of the meeting in order to receive the reduced rate. Should your membership status change prior to the event, you will be invoiced the difference for the higher, non-member rate.
