Please Note:  If you registered at the SC&RA Member rate, your membership must remain in good standing through the duration of the meeting to receive the reduced rate. Should your membership status change prior to the event, you will be charged the difference for the higher, non-member rate.

Cancellation Policy

There will be a charge of $90 per person for cancellations received after August 8th, 2022. No refunds for cancellations received after September 16th, 2022. 


On-Site Transfer Fee 

There will be a charge of $25.00 per person for any registrations transferred on-site.
