-The SC&RA Tower Crane Committee invites you to take part in a confidential industry survey focused on wind loading, design standards, and operational safety. Wind-related risks remain a leading concern, and inconsistent application of standards—including OSHA 29 CFR 1926.1435, ASCE/SEI 7, ASCE 37, and ASME B30.3—can result in delays, near-misses, and hidden hazards. Your real-world insight, as an end-user or engineer, is critical to closing the gap between design intent and field execution. Survey results will guide new best practices, improved training, enhanced manufacturer guidance, and stronger real-time decision-making tools across the industry.
