Harmonization Top Priority of Permit Policy & Transportation Governing Committees 

-Members of SC&RA’s Permit Policy and Transportation Governing Committees met at SC&RA headquarters for its annual Summer Workshop last week to discuss key state priorities, issues, and advocacy opportunities and challenges over the next year.  High on the agenda includes refocused Phase III harmonization requests, targeted Phase I and II harmonization implementation, and reprioritization of several major challenges in particular states. Further committee work will be discussed at the 2024 Specialized Transportation Symposium, Feb. 20-22, at the Westin Galleria, Houston, Texas.
