SC&RA Throws Support Behind N.D. State Highway Patrol on Nighttime Travel

-Last week, SC&RA threw its support behind the North Dakota Highway Patrol for N.D. HB 1181. HB 1181 permits nighttime travel of loads up to 12’ wide, an increase from the current 10’ and brings N.D. into uniformity with surrounding states and Canadian provinces. The Bill went before the House Transportation Committee in Bismarck Friday morning and it was moved forward by a vote of 14-0. Click here to read the letter SC&RA filed.
