SC&RF Awards Five Scholarships
(July 27, 2022) - The SC&R Foundation is pleased to announce the latest round of five candidates selected to receive scholarships from SC&RF Partners in Education organizations. They are:
John Canty from Ontario, Canada was awarded 100 percent tuition for the Master Rigger Course In-Person Course at ITI's Houston, Texas facility.
Richard Dornfeld is the GKS continuing Education Scholarship recipient and will be awarded $4,725 to be used toward tuition at Associated Training Services for a CDL course.
Alfredo Fonseca was awarded $1,000 in addition to 50 percent tuition for CICB's Mobile Crane Operator program.
Kevin Martinez received 50 percent tuition for the CICB for Mobile Crane Operator Program.
Nick Wakeman was awarded 100 percent tuition with CICB for the Rigger I/Signal I Course.
Two rounds and over $9,000 remains to be awarded to vocational/technical applicants in 2022. Additionally, the SC&RF has unlimited seats with ITI, and seats with Morrow Equipment company and CICB to award in the August 31 round and October 31 round. For more information visit
