Texas Members Urged to Comment on Tort Reform & Insurance Premium Issues
(March 24, 2021) - Recently, SC&RA joined the Keep Texas Trucking Coalition (KTTC), an affiliate of the Texas Trucking Association who is seeking tort reform for the trucking industry. Right now, the Committee Substitute for HB19 and other legislation is currently before the Texas legislature in Austin.
The KTTC is strongly recommending interested parties file comments with both the Texas legislature, as well as their individual legislators. These forums, however, are limited to Texas residents only. If you wish to file comments on tort reform and insurance premium issues your business is facing, SC&RA strongly encourages you to tell your story to your representatives and legislators at the links below.
