Voice of Customer Survey: Continued COVID-19 Survey Response Requested

(October 7, 2020) - SC&RA continues to work with sister associations, including AEM, to examine COVID-19’s impact on the construction workforce through survey data. This will help establish the voice of the customer and determine if it is louder or different by demographic or industry segment. This voice will, hopefully, help determine the speed of industry recovery related to COVID-19. SC&RA asks members to visit this link and complete the easy, 7-question survey by October 31.
