What You Need to Know about the SC&RA Member Needs Assessment
-As part of its continuing goal of providing members with an evolving suite of member benefits and services that deliver tangible ROI to your business, SC&RA has begun its comprehensive 2022 SC&RA Member Survey. All SC&RA member companies are asked to share their thoughts. The primary contact for each SC&RA member company will receive an email invitation to participate in the assessment. This research will be conducted by a third-party firm, Loyalty Research, and results provided back to SC&RA. The assessment will only be monitored and maintained by Loyalty, and your responses will remain anonymous. Only the aggregated data will be reported to SC&RA staff unless your company requests otherwise. Please note the following regarding the survey:
WHO: The sender’s name will be “SC&RA” (SCRA@qualtrics-research.com), and the subject line will be SC&RA 2022 Member Needs Assessment.
WHAT: This online survey will give each member company a chance to evaluate SC&RA and provide direct feedback in specific areas.
WHEN: The survey will be open for two weeks to submit your feedback during this window.
