Dan Cook specializes in Risk Financing Strategies, Alternative Risk Financing Programs, M&A Due Diligence, Transportation & Logistics, and Risk Mitigation Systems. Having personally invested in over a dozen companies, Dan approaches solving business problems from an owner’s perspective.
Dan’s responsibilities include helping clients develop risk financing strategies related to reducing cost-of-risk on a long-term, sustainable basis that aligns with their operational objectives. Dan leads the national primary transportation practice in addition to heading large project teams; his passion stems from the 'innovate' and 'build' aspects of a business, procuring development of industry-leading processes, such as the 5C’s of Risk Financing™ approach.
Over the past 20 years Dan has developed a Risk Based Due Diligence model that assigns additive or derivative value against EBIDTA. Dan leads the TrueNorth M&A Advisory Group facilitating transactions from both the buy and sell sides.

Stuart focuses on Workers’ Compensation Risk, Risk Financing Strategies, Alternative Risk Financing Programs, Enterprise Risk Management, National Account Leadership, and the creation of Risk Culture Improvement Systems.
Stuart specializes exclusively in developing Risk Management and Insurance Programs for large and mid-sized employers. He has created a unique risk culture improvement process called the S.A.F.E. Culture System which acts as the structure enabling his clients to achieve their risk management objectives. Through the utilization of his processes, enterprise risk planning, and the systematic deployment of firm resources on a proactive basis, he provides a platform for his clients to reduce risk and overall cost.
Stuart works with clients to design and implement a risk management and risk finance program that provides protection from catastrophic loss in areas of risk that are beyond the credit capacity of the clients he works with, and a finance methodology that leverages the benefit of an organization’s control of risk to provide maximum reduction of overall cost.
