Covid-19 Required Agreement.

Each attendee, sponsor, registrant, participant, hired service provider, volunteer or board member (collectively and individually referred to as “Attendee”) is voluntarily participating in the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association’s (SC&RA’s) Meeting (“Meeting”). In the event due to COVID-19, any other infectious disease, or for any other reason, the Meeting is cancelled, re-scheduled, or attendance at the Meeting is limited, Attendee releases SC&RA and its members, directors, officers, employees, independent contractors and affiliates from any and all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and/or judgments including litigation's costs and attorney’s fees which directly or indirectly arise or result from such cancellation, re-scheduling of the Meeting or Attendee’s involvement with, and/or participation in the Meeting. Attendee acknowledges and assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers associated with attending and/or participating in the Meeting, including, but not limited to, the transmission of COVID-19 or any other infectious disease. Attendee expressly agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SC&RA and its members, directors, officers, employees, independent contractors and affiliates from any damage to property, personal injury or even death, and/or any other damages arising directly or indirectly from any injury, incapacity, or even death, from Attendee’s attendance and/or participation in the Meeting.
