Hotel del Coronado

The 2026 January Board & Committee Meeting is located at 1500 Orange Ave, Coronado, CA.

To reserve SC&RA’s reduced rate at the Hotel del Coronado you must first register for the January Board & Committee Meetings. Once registered, you will receive instructions for booking your accommodations in your confirmation email.   

SC&RA Group Rate (standard room): $339.00 

Do not delay in making reservations. SC&RA cannot guarantee space or rate availability after the SC&RA room block is filled. 

Check in time is 4:00 pm
Check out time is 11:00 am 

Rooms must be cancelled by to avoid penalty. Cancellations or changes made within 14 days of arrival will result in full payment (room and tax) for each room night cancelled. An early departure fee will be charged for any reservations that check out prior to the reserved checkout date if the hotel is not notified. 

PLEASE NOTE: SC&RA has been informed that the following company, Global Housing Services, Corp., is contacting SC&RA attendees offering special discounted hotel rates for our meetings. In the past, similar companies such as Convention Housing Authority and Exhibition Housing Management have also been known to contact attendees and exhibitors regarding discounted rates and stating that they are calling on behalf of SC&RA. Please be aware that SC&RA does not have a relationship with these companies. You will only be contacted by SC&RA or Hotel del Coronado regarding reservations.  

If you receive an email or phone call from any company indicating an affiliation with SC&RA in this regard, DO NOT make a hotel reservation with them. If you have already made hotel reservations through any of these companies, SC&RA cannot guarantee the reservation is valid. Please contact the specified hotel immediately for reservation confirmation.
