To reserve SC&RA’s reduced rate at the Sheraton Birmingham Hotel, you must first register for the Symposium as an attendee. Once registered, you will receive instructions for booking your accommodation in your confirmation email. The booth registration is separate from the attendee registration. Once you register your booth, your confirmation email will have the link to the attendee registration site and your discount code to redeem your 1 complimentary registration.

Government Rate (standard room): $126.00

Check-in: 4:00 pm
Check-out: 11:00 am

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or changes made within 14 days of arrival will result in full payment (room and tax) for each room night cancelled. An early departure fee will be charged for any reservations that check out prior to the reserved checkout date if the hotel is not notified.

Late Arrivals: If you are arriving late to the hotel, please contact the hotel directly in order to update your reservation. SC&RA is not responsible for lost reservations due to late arrivals/no shows.
