The Exhibit Center will be held Thursday, February 26th from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm.

  • Member booth: $1,690
  • Non-Member Booth: $2,420
  • Booth fees include one complimentary attendee registration valued at $640.00

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. No refunds for cancellations received after February 6th, 2026. 
Please Note:  If you registered at the SC&RA Member rate, your membership must remain in good standing through the duration of the meeting to receive the reduced rate. Should your membership status change prior to the event, you will be invoiced for the higher, non-member rate.

  1. To have an exhibit in the Exhibit Center will require a fee of $1,690 USD (Non-Members, $2,420 USD). Booth fees include one (1) complimentary registration to the Specialized Transportation Symposium (valued at $640). All personnel working the booth must be paid registrants to the Specialized Transportation Symposium. Additional attendees must register online to attend the conference or work the booth.

  2. Attendee registrations must be transferred to another company employee and not a manufacturer, distributor, or a dealer.

  3. Each company may only have one booth in the Exhibit Center. Only one company can occupy a booth at any time. The booth will be 10 ft. wide and 8 ft. deep. No exhibit is to extend above the curtain, which is 8 ft. high and must be confined within the side rails which will be 3 ft. high. 

  4. Booth assignments will be made by SC&RA staff based on date of receipt of the online reservation. A floor plan of the exhibit area is available for the exhibitor to note the number of the desired booth. Every effort will be made to accommodate the exhibitor’s wishes.

  5. All booths will have a standard sign provided by SC&RA identifying the exhibiting company, along with one 6 ft. draped table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, and a standard amp electrical outlet (by request only)

  6. No exhibitor should have any unusually loud noises as part of their exhibit which would interfere with a “next-door” exhibitor.

  7. The Exhibit Center will be open only as noted on the official program. No exhibitor should be in their booth during unauthorized times. 

  8. Booth set-up is Wednesday, February 25th from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm and Thursday, February 26th from 7:00 am - 9:00 am. Tear down will immediately follow the end of the show on Thursday, February 26th. 

  9. A complete packet of information from the exposition company, Alliance, will be sent via email 60 days prior to the start of the show to the contact listed on the Exhibitor Registration form.

  10. Any fees charged by the exposition company for drayage, storage, assembly, disassembly, shipping, etc., will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. Please note shipments sent directly to the Sheraton Birmingham Hotel will incur material handling/delivery charges to be handed over to Alliance Nationwide Exposition at the exhibitor’s expense. To avoid hotel charges, send your materials directly to Alliance Nationwide Exposition.

  11. All cancellations must be received in writing. No refunds for cancellations received after February 6th, 2026
