Registration and Hotel Reservations:
1. What is included in my registration fee?
All sessions, networking breaks, breakfast, and receptions are included in the registration fee.
2. Can I attend the committee meetings?
Yes, committee meetings are included in the registration fee, and you can attend unless they are marked “committee members only”.
3. How do I book my hotel accommodation?
In your registration confirmation email, there will be a link to book hotel accommodations. You must register for the meeting first, to receive the group block link.

5. What is the dress code?
Business casual for the sessions and business professional for receptions.
6. Can I attend the event for only one day?
Yes, we do offer one day-only options. Please email Melanie Khoury about rates and how to register.
Membership and Committee Information:
1. Can I attend the meeting if I am not a member?
Yes, we do offer non-member rates.

Exhibit Center:
1. How do I book a booth?
Booth registrations are made separate from the attendee registrations. Please email Melanie Khoury if you are interested in exhibiting.
2. What is the cost of having a booth?
To have an exhibit in the Exhibit Center will require a fee of $1,690 USD (Non-Members, $2,420 USD).
3. What is included in the booth registration?
Booth fees include one (1) complimentary registration to the Specialized Transportation Symposium (valued at $640). All booths will have a standard sign provided by SC&RA identifying the exhibiting company, along with one 6 ft. draped table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, and a standard amp electrical outlet (by request only).
4. What is the size of a booth?
The booth will be 10 ft. wide and 8 ft. deep. No exhibit is to extend above the curtain, which is 8 ft. high and must be confined within the side rails which will be 3 ft. high.
5. What are the exhibit center hours?
The Exhibit Center will be held Thursday, February 26th from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
