Virginia’s EZ Haul Launches August 30

(August 24,2022) -Virginia’s EZ Haul will be launched and ready for permit orders on August 30, 2022. Training will be available on Friday, August 26 at 10 am ET. For information on how to join these training sessions, please visit https://www.ezhaulvirginia.com. Please note that your account information will not automatically migrate from VAHPS to EZ Haul. Creating your EZ Haul account in advance of the August 30th launch will allow you to get down to business faster when the system goes live. Please note, once EZ Haul launches, you will no longer be able to apply for permits using the previous VAHPS system; Permits previously issued in VAHPS will not be carried over to EZ Haul. It is recommended that you save any needed permits issued in VAHPS for your future reference; and Permit applications applied for in EZ Haul will require load identifying information such as a serial number, plate or VIN. If you apply for permits in EZ Haul and do not provide specific information, a permit may issue without this information. No refunds will be given and you will be required to reapply for a corrected permit. To avoid this, please ensure that you are providing proper identifying information.
