The SC&RA Leadership Forum engages younger members in order to help leverage SC&RA participation for company and personal growth. The one-day session runs concurrently with the Specialized Transportation Symposium and Crane & Rigging Workshop and matches participants with a mentor to build stronger networks and help fast-track the best and brightest young minds to the next levels of professional and Association leadership.

Each Forum is limited to 15 participants and includes a complimentary registration to the Symposium or Workshop.
