Lift & Move Workforce Ambassador Program Growing; Webinar on Aug. 24 to Learn More

(July 27,2023) - The Lift & Move Workforce Ambassador Program launched in April and welcomed several new members over the past few months. They are: Boulter Industrial Contractors, Webster, N.Y.; Buckner HeavyLift Cranes, Graham, N.C.; Construct Your Health, Montclair, N.J.; CREWTEK, Woodland, Wash.; Deep South Crane & Rigging, LLC, Baton Rouge, La.; Ideal Crane Rental, Inc., Madison, Wisc.; JK Crane, Kenvil, N.J.; Livingston Associates, Rochester, N.Y.; Manitowoc Cranes, Milwaukee, Wisc.; McNally-Nimergood Co., Saginaw, Mich.; MGX Equipment Services, LLC, Shady Grove, Pa.; OXBO Inc., Rosharon, Texas; Silk Road Specialized LLC, Arkport, N.Y.; The Manitowoc Company, Shady Grove, Pa.; and Yellowstone Crane & Rigging Inc., Fort Worth, Texas.

These companies have committed to engaging with their community to help raise industry awareness.  This looks different for every company and every community; it may mean classroom presentations or attending a career fair. For some companies, the annual "construction days" is a great way to see and be seen. As part of the Workforce Ambassador program, companies are grouped by size and will earn points based on activities during the year. Winners, companies the most active in their community, will be eligible for awards and featured in an article in American Cranes & Transport Magazine. It's important to note that Ambassadors are not required to host live events.
