SC&RF Announces Four Scholarship Recipients & Upcoming Deadlines

(October 7, 2020) - The SC&RF continues to award financial assistance and free training through relationships with Partners in Education organizations. The following recipients are vocational/technical scholarship winners or Partners in Education Scholarship winners for the August round:

• Jennifer Marotta was awarded $700 to take a Forklift and Aerial Lift Platform course. She is also the recipient of the McTyre Family Continuing Education Scholarship.
• Justin Slainas was awarded the CICB Rigger Course at 100% tuition through the Partners in Education program.
• Andrew Brosnac was awarded 100% tuition for the ITI Rigger Courses and NCCCO prep courses as part of the Partners in Education program.
• Hulon Burk was awarded $1,500 to use toward his CICB Crane Operator Course. He also received 50% tuition for this course through the Partners in Education Program.
