SC&RF Workforce Ambassador’s Quarterly Virtual Meet-up to Feature HR Expert 

(November 9,2023) - The first meet up of the SC&RF Workforce Ambassador Program is November 14 at 2 pm EST and will feature HR Expert Barbie Winterbottom. During HR and Business Strategies for Attracting and Retaining New Hires, Ms. Winterbottom will address common mistakes when advertising for an open position, how to appeal to the millennials, Gen Z and future generations, sourcing and interviewing techniques to identify the right candidate as well as ways to integrate multi-generations into a cohesive and highly productive team. Additionally, Ambassadors are welcome to bring their questions on HR challenges or recruiting woes to the meet-up to be addressed during the session. As a benefit of the SC&RF Workforce Ambassador program, Ambassadors are invited to quarterly professional development and virtual meet-ups. Multiple employees from a company are invited to attend.
