Symposium Keynoter: People Want More than a Paycheck

-In just under two weeks, nearly 150 members have already registered for the Specialized Transportation Symposium, February 20-22, 2024, in Houston. Kicking off the event will be keynote speaker Jim Whitt who offers a unique perspective on leadership through the lens of the old west. In Riding for the Brand: The Power of Purposeful Leadership, he will explain how in the old west, a brand not only identified a ranch's cattle, but it was also a symbol of pride and loyalty for all its cowboys - they rode for the brand. People today want more from their work than a paycheck - they want to be partners in a cause. Like cowboys of yesteryear, they want to ride for the brand. The session is sponsored by Berard Transportation, Inc.; Marmon-Herrington; Precision Specialized Inc.; and Talbert Manufacturing, Inc. Early bird registration ends December 1, so register today.
