Crane & Derricks Standard Discussed with Iron Workers

- SC&RA met with the Iron Workers General Executive Council in Scottsdale, AZ, on March 20 to address recent activity for the cranes and derricks standard, specifically language that has been sent to the Office of Management and Budget for their review and approval. Because SC&RA members are heavily involved in employing iron workers, it is a priority for the Association to continually advance open dialogue and work together on issues mutually affecting members of both organizations. Regularly meeting with Iron Workers to discuss key issues regarding safety, health, and labor issues results in greater productivity and efficiency for all industry partners.
