This premier event for the Association represents the place to be for industry leaders – where business gets done. Held each year in April, the Annual Conference attracts owners, CEOs, top managers and leaders throughout the construction and transportation industries. In addition to showcasing numerous business enhancement and development opportunities, the 2024 Annual Conference will also offer all in attendance a robust assortment of meetings and sessions designed to help inform, inspire and move the industry forward.  Featured within the educational track this year is an assortment of industry veterans and professional speakers, covering a range of topics from insurance and risk management to AI disruption to mental health, and more.

“An Industry Chat: Challenges & Solutions” will kick off the conference by giving attendees the opportunity to listen in and engage on the most pressing workforce issues today in construction, trucking and manufacturing. He’ll also share how to build work cultures that support mental health and how to process mental and emotional distress in a way that builds relationships, confidence and happiness.
